  1. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
  • Yes. Your information details are highly needed to complete your orders in time.
  1. How do I make an online purchase?
  • Logon to the website lmkcosmetics.com
  • Choose your product.
  • Add to Cart and click Check Out
  • Create account and fill in your details in Customer Information
  • Next, click Continue Shipping Method
  • Choose Mode of Payment
  1. I have not received email confirmation order, what should I do?
  • Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand.
  • If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at sales@nhprima.com.my with your inquiry.
  1. I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
  • All emails are expected to be replied within 48 hours (weekdays only). Please do not spam as it will slow down the process.
  1. I am not able to make a payment through PayPal/ Credit Card/ Online Transfer?
  • We will check and troubleshoot the system and we will inform you as soon as the system is ok and the issue is resolved.
  1. How many days would it take for my parcel to arrive?
  • For most deliveries, it will take between 2-4 days depending on the location.
  • There may be delays during peak season e.g. festive season etc.
  • Please note that the processing time for orders is 3-5 working days.
  • The delivery time for domestic shipping is 3-6 days and 10-15 days internationally.
  1. Can I make a purchase online and pick the items up at the boutique?
  • No.
  1. What are the shipping costs?
  • Shipping costs differ according to location and the weight of the item.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you make an order online. You can also check the delivery status through the system.
  1. Which countries do you ship to?
  • We ship worldwide via FedEx (International) and Poslaju Service (Within Malaysia)
  1. What should I do if the item I purchased has a defect?
  • If the item has any defects you can email to customerservice@nhprima.com.my
  • We will only allow exchange for defective item that are unused. (Refer to our exchange policy)
  • We will process your request between 1-14 days.
  1. If items on the website are out of stock, is there an estimated time for the next restock and where can I check this?
  • We do not have an estimated time for the restock.
  • Restock information will be posted on our Instagram account - @lmkcosmetics
  1. I have not received my item. What should I do?
  • Please contact us at sales@nhprima.com.my with your inquiry, we will check the delivery status to speed up the shipping process for you.
  1. Do I have to pay customs duty for the items I order from LMK Cosmetics?
  • When the items have reached your country, it will be subjected to import duties and taxes.
  • Additional charges for custom clearance must be paid by you.
  • Custom policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information.
  1. An item added to my shopping bag was suddenly sold out at checkout. How is this possible?
  • The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed at checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but have sold out once you’ve reached checkout.
