Checklist Exchange Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
- We will review your request within 14 working days of its receipt and get back to you thereafter.
- We may contact you to gather details about your refund request in order to improve our product and customer service.
- Please note that reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The color is different than the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for an exchange.
- All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse any refund/exchange request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our exchange policy.
- Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange item will be the same shade as purchased.
- Kindly be noted that all item(s) exchanged must be UNUSED
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the items will be borne by you. Shipping cost of return items is not claimable.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
